Thomas E. Kenny
is a software developer of Fault Management Network Management Systems for a major telecommunications company in New Jersey.
Mr. Kenny's research
interests include agents for managing the presentation of data to
elevate information overload.
He has over 20 years of
professional IT experience. His career began as a software developer on
one of AT&T's PBX inventory systems. In later years his
telecommunications career focused on Operational Support Systems, both
network provisioning as well as trouble ticketing. Mr. Kenny was a
developer for AT&T's first client/server system which
supported
over 1200 concurrent users. At Lucent Technologies, Mr. Kenny was the
Enterprise Architect for the International CIO. In that capacity he
designed new, and transformed existing, international sales and
services centers. His diverse experience includes quality assurance,
system administration, database administration, software development
and enterprise architecture.
Mr. Kenny obtained a B.A. in
Mathematics from New Jersey City University and is currently completing
a M.A. in Mathematics from Georgian Court University.
